A neat and versatile crochet dress in a simple ripple pattern.
The skirt is worked on to the finished bodice downwards, so it is easy to adjust the length of the hem and also the sleeves.
The back of the bodice has a short slit opening with a button at the neck on the women’s sizes and three for the child’s sizes.
(Sorry there is no photo of the back, this is from the text of the pattern.) You could use these instructions to make a more open front neckline.
Another pattern that would make a sweet bridesmaid’s dress.
(late 1960’s by the pricing; UK went "metric" in 1971, this was obviously priced before then and there are later patterns priced at 1/3d 6p)
